LaToria enjoys preparing and cooking Southern style dishes. With a smile on her face and Love exuding from her heart you can tell in every dish you taste of hers she's passionate about the meals she cook. Born and raised in Virginia, her first love for cooking began with spending her childhood summer months in South Carolina at her grandparents house. She watched her grandmother make dishes from scratch without using any cookbook or instructions.
LaToria believes Cooking is a Work of Art and in order to be a good cook you must possess the passion that goes along with making that good ole Southern Style Cuisine. She's a mother of 4 heartbeats and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She believes that you should reach beyond the sky and never just settle for what's given to you; work hard for what and where you want to be. “Settling” usually means accepting less than you “want or deserve”.

To LaToria, cooking with Love and Passion is Life. Creativity in cooking for LaToria is presentation of food in its simplest form and garnishing it. If people applaud it, then she thinks the purpose is achieved. Enhanced communication between the brain and the tongue, she believes is a must for good cooking and eating. The happiness she feels everytime she creates some new tasty dish makes her a passionate cook.
